Where are you from?

New Delhi, India

How did you get your name A/One Sam Rapper?

-(A/One) represent to my home name Aman and top quality or excellent person.
-(Sam) I  chose because I love this Hebrew name and it has meaning (God has Heard).
-(Rapper) represent to a person who performs rap music.

What is your legal name?

My legal name is Manish. 
Man=Mind 
Ish=God
Manish is a common Hindu masculine given name that literally means "The God of the Mind" or the one who has controlled and mastered one's mind.

Tell us about your single (RAP GAME), how was the work on it, what is the story behind it?

As everyone knows there are many rappers in music industry who is barking in their songs that only they have ideas about rapping or they know much about rap so I wrote the lyrics myself with my own style. It can have different meanings depending on how you view the lyrics which I wanted to leave up to listeners! Happy to have such an amazing team and have so many talented friends that I’ve met in the recording studio that made this song possible. RAP GAME was a cool project, Super much fun to work with them.

Who is your favourite artist you would like to collaborate in the future?


I would love to collaborate with Raja Kumari. I think she is such a good rapper and I would love to work with her someday and Collab with major artist and idol.


Favorite moment from your career? 


To be honest Play my first event where I will meet my audience will be my favourite moment from my career which I’ll never forget


What other things do you do besides making songs?


I am doing graduation and what I love is hanging with friends and family after all making RAP  is still a passion. lol:)


What excites you most about being a Rapper?


I love rapping and sharing my music with people from all different parts of the world and connecting with them through my music.


What are your goals for the future?


My goals for the future are to Write a lot of songs, be happy and make others happy and reach even more people with my songs and continue to push myself to create honest and intimate work.

When did you start making rap?


I wrote some rap lines in 2015 after that I started to write full rap songs in 2017 and still writing.


Who is your biggest musical inspiration?


Akon and Rich Brian.


What advice can you give for the young musical artist?


Today is the only day you can make your dreams come true. IF YOU have a Dream go for it.


What do you want to say to your audience?


I love you so much, each and every one of you. I am so grateful for you all, and if it weren’t for you I would be nothing! I have had this dream since I finished high school, and if I hadn't gone for it, I think I would have regretted it for the rest of my life. I’m so excited to release more music and continue to put out creative ideas.
